For years, I’ve had the privilege of facilitating homebuyer education classes throughout Northwest Arkansas. As an NWA native, I’ve watched this region grow and evolve, and I’ve walked alongside countless folks as they began their homeownership journeys. My role in those classes was to help potential buyers understand what they could responsibly afford and what to expect in the homebuying process.
